AL-ART-METAL is the author of the offer for sale on art works presented on its website wwwAL-ART-METAL.com.

These General Conditions of Sale apply between AL-ART-METAL and the buyer customer of AL-ART-METAL.com's website.

Any order on the site of AL-ART-METAL requires that the customer acquirer accepts in advance the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety.
The General Conditions of Sale accepted during the confirmation of order constitute the sales contract between the acquiring customer and AL-ART-METAL relating to the sale of the ordered products.

AL-ART-METAL.com reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the conditions applicable will be those force on the date of the order by the purchaser.

 

PAYMENT / DELIVERY

After registration of the order, the delivery time varies from 10 to 15 business days.
For deliveries outside Europe, Corsica and Overseas departments, the shipping cost is additional. AL-ART-METAL can inform you by email for the amount of transport.

AL-ART-METAL does not practice tax refund. The invoice of your purchase will be inserted on the parcel. AL-ART-METAL is not responsible for late delivery caused by an eventual retention of the goods at the customs of the country of destination.

In order to ensure the security of payments, AL-ART-METAL uses a PayPal acount for online payment. Bank transfer can be made to Bank of America, please contact Alexandra. 



RETURN

AL-ART-METAL products are manufactured, packaged and handled with the greatest care. They are checked, verified, photographed and carefully arranged in a wooden transport case especially handmade for transportation in the safest delivery conditions. However, if you do not want to keep your acquisition, you can contact us to organize a return of your purchase in the same conditions as you received it.

You will, please, organize it well packaged in its original wooden crate provided for transport so it can be traceable. You can contact us, we will provide you informations to organize the return. The return cost will be at your expenses and deducted from the refund  amount. Thank you to report us your request by email or phone. Any modifications achievements that are made at the request of the purchaser our client, can not be returned.
